What is the Travellers’ Choice 2021?

Travellers’ Choice recognises businesses that earn consistently great user reviews. Approximately 10% of businesses on Tripadvisor receive a Travellers’ Choice award.

Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice honours select accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Tripadvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the Travellers’ Choice honourees. It takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travellers on Tripadvisor over a 12-month period, as well as a business’s tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site. To qualify for Travellers’ Choice, a business must maintain an overall Tripadvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on Tripadvisor for at least 12 months.
