On Tuesday 14 July 2026 at 8.30 pm, we look forward to welcoming you to a special “Four-Handed Dinner”. The event will be a true celebration of haute cuisine, thanks to the creative flair of Chef Mauro Elli, who has held a prestigious Michelin star since 2007.
To mark the occasion, a surprising tasting menu has been devised, combining the elegant flavours of the sea with sophisticated creative touches:
The Evening’s Menu
- Breaded egg with anchovy sauce
- Crispy yellowtail with lemongrass and sake sauce and sea asparagus
- Scallop cannoncini with a lemon, parsley and shellfish oil sauce
- Roasted monkfish with a fondue of mixed tomatoes and a mini parmigiana
- Raspberries, chocolate and zabaglione au gratin
