A Four-Handed Dinner: Mauro Elli’s Michelin-Starred Excellence

The Park Hotel Argento is delighted to invite you to another unmissable event in our culinary series at the Guido Restaurant.

On Tuesday 14 July 2026 at 8.30 pm, we look forward to welcoming you to a special “Four-Handed Dinner”. The event will be a true celebration of haute cuisine, thanks to the creative flair of Chef Mauro Elli, who has held a prestigious Michelin star since 2007.

To mark the occasion, a surprising tasting menu has been devised, combining the elegant flavours of the sea with sophisticated creative touches:

The Evening’s Menu

  • Breaded egg with anchovy sauce
  • Crispy yellowtail with lemongrass and sake sauce and sea asparagus
  • Scallop cannoncini with a lemon, parsley and shellfish oil sauce
  • Roasted monkfish with a fondue of mixed tomatoes and a mini parmigiana
  • Raspberries, chocolate and zabaglione au gratin
  • Sweets & Coffee
