Four-Hands Dinner: “Longevity Menu” by Chef Oscar Pellitta

Park Hotel Argento is delighted to present a new and exclusive gastronomic event at our Guido Restaurant.

On Saturday, June 13th, 2026 at 8:00 PM, we will have the pleasure of welcoming Chef Oscar Pellitta for a special themed dinner dedicated to the “Longevity Menu” — a culinary journey celebrating balance, research, and wellbeing through refined contemporary cuisine.

Born in Milan and driven from an early age by a deep passion for the transformation of raw ingredients, Chef Pellitta has built an outstanding career with prestigious experiences at renowned establishments such as Splendido in Portofino, as well as collaborations with excellence-driven restaurants including the celebrated “Da Vittorio”.

Today, as Corporate Executive Chef, he promotes a gastronomic philosophy that combines technique, authenticity, and wellbeing, creating dishes that perfectly balance flavour, quality, and contemporary culinary vision.

For this special occasion, guests will enjoy a unique tasting experience, carefully designed in every detail.

  • Roasted mackerel, cream chickpea with fresh thyme, sweet-and-sour red onion petals from Tropea
  • Durum wheat “fregola” pasta, creamed courgettes, fresh carpet clams, local violet prawn tartare, & organic lemon zest
  • Salted cod, tomato & bread soup “pappa al pomodoro”, and sautéed broccoli rabe
  • Coffee tartlet, light yogurt cream, and red berries
  • Coffee with sweet treats
