The Green Gather Dinner, Chef Cesare Marretti

We are very happy to host Chef Cesare Marretti for our very first Gastronomic event of 2024, "The Green Gather Dinner".

The event created by Chef Cesare Marretti will be held on 22 June 2024 at 8.00 pm at Park Hotel Argento in Levanto (SP) by reservation at no. 0187 801 223 (Booking line available from 10:00 to 18:00).

Starter:
Enfasi della Natura (Aubergine caponata with cou cous)
Sinfonia della Liguria (Trumpet courgette stuffed with cheese and beef heart cream)
First Course:
I'm broke (Borage ravioli with classic Genoese pesto)
Main Course:
Sono al verde ("Bao bao" with field vegetables and vegetable cylinder)
Dessert:
Maja chocolate with Sciacchetrà sprinkles
Mango glazed strawberry
Marjoram cream with soft meringue
