As licensed nature and hiking guides we offer customized tours within the area of the Gulf of La Spezia, the Cinque Terre and the splendid valleys along the coast up to the promontory of Portofino. Places more or less famous but all offering beautiful towns and paths. . All tours along the coastline can be done reaching the start as well as the end of the tour by public transport.
Monterosso – Vernazza & Shrines

Palmaria & Portovenere
The island of Palmaria in the Gulf of La Spezia will surprise you with its silence and the perfume of the
mediterranean vegetation while ancient Portovenere is one of the most beautiful towns of eastern Liguria.

Deiva Marina – Moneglia
A steep hill full of lush vegetation separates the two bays and rewards the hiker with splendid views over the sea and the the Apennine mountains. And whatever direction we’ll take, a swim in front of the nice little towns is always fun.

Levanto
The valley of Levanto speckled with a multitude of tiny villages, olive groves and vineyards offers a multitude of wonderful hikes from easy to medium level full of nature and history. And you can’t even imagine, how many paths lead to Monterosso, into the Cinque Terre area. Famous is the one along the coastline. But there are many more hidden ones revealing the whole History of the valleys. Mills and mines, shrines and always gorgeous views.
