
Park Hotel Argento is pleased to invite you to a new and exclusive culinary event at our Guido Restaurant.
On Tuesday, May 5th at 8:00 PM, we will host a special “Four-Hands Dinner” (Cena a quattro mani) in collaboration with Chef Andrea Calamari from Hotel Monte Rosa. An evening dedicated to fine dining, where the creativity of our restaurant meets Ligurian tradition to offer you an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
For the occasion, the chefs have created a refined tasting menu:
Evening Menu
- Traditional fish compost with lobster, shrimps and vegetables
- Home made ravioli with Ligurian “prescinseua” fresh cheese filling, seared prawn and light veal stock
- Oven baked sea bass, asparagus flan with white Vermentino wine sauce
- Hazelnut-chocolate “Gianduia”, kefir foam and raspberry sauce
- Coffee with sweet treats
