Cena a Quattro Mani: Ligurian excellence meets the San Giorgio Restaurant

The Park Hotel Argento is pleased to invite you to a new event dedicated to fine dining at our Guido Restaurant.

On May 17th, 2026 at 8:00 PM, we will host a special “four-hands dinner” in collaboration with Chef Alessandro Marino from the renowned San Giorgio Restaurant. It will be an evening celebrating quality and a passion for food—values that the San Giorgio family has proudly upheld since its origins in the 1980s in Albisola Superiore.

For this occasion, the chefs have created a refined tasting journey:

Menu of the Evening

  • Raw prawn, green leaf, vermouth sauce
  • “Perle di Genova” with pesto
  • Cod loin, peas, horseradish
  • Tonka bean, strawberry and rhubarb
  • Friandises and coffee
