On May 17th, 2026 at 8:00 PM, we will host a special “four-hands dinner” in collaboration with Chef Alessandro Marino from the renowned San Giorgio Restaurant. It will be an evening celebrating quality and a passion for food—values that the San Giorgio family has proudly upheld since its origins in the 1980s in Albisola Superiore.
For this occasion, the chefs have created a refined tasting journey:

- Raw prawn, green leaf, vermouth sauce
- “Perle di Genova” with pesto
- Cod loin, peas, horseradish
- Tonka bean, strawberry and rhubarb
- Friandises and coffee
