The Park Hotel Argento is pleased to invite you to an unmissable culinary event: a special “four-hand dinner” (Cena a quattro mani) celebrating the most authentic flavors of our region.
On Tuesday, April 21, at 8:00 p.m., our Guido Restaurant will host an exclusive evening in collaboration with the renowned restaurant “U Giancu” in Rapallo. It will be a true journey through simple, rustic Ligurian cuisine, combining our chef’s creativity with the historic tradition of the Oneto family, who have been running their restaurant in the hills of San Massimo since 1960.
A special tasting menu has been created for the occasion:
The Dinner Menu
- Focaccine with soft local cheese, mixed herb and wildflower salad (prebuggiun), bruschetta with tapenade sauce.
- Whole spelt “fettuccine” sautéed with our garden vegetables.
- Young chicken cooked in a casserole with olives, pine- nuts and with Galhop beer.
- Apple fritters served with cinnamon ice cream.
