
We are excited to offer our guests a unique culinary experience. Join our cooking class, led by our in house Chef Michael Nicora, and discover the secrets of the Ligurian cuisine.
During the class, you’ll have the opportunity to see and prepare with your own hands the famous Genoese Pesto sauce, as well as on how to make the traditional Ligurian “focaccia al formaggio” focaccia bread with cheese . This is an unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in the culinary culture of the Liguria and bring home a piece of the local tradition.
The course will be available every Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. until July 31, 2025.
