Michael Hüsken can boast an amazing career: he has gained his experience in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants such as the Stromburg in Lafers and the exclusive Italian restaurant Acquarello in Munich. As culinary director and executive chef at the internationally renowned Schloss Elmau, he received his first Michelin star.
